Privacy Policy

Effective October 2026

This policy explains how Elite Real Estate Team, a trade name of Elite Services Team Inc ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects personal information through this website and when you contact us.

Who we are

Elite Real Estate Team is a trade name of Elite Services Team Inc, a licensed real estate brokerage in Florida and Missouri, headquartered in Edgewater, Florida.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in our contact form, call, text or email us, we collect what you share, such as your name, phone number, email address, the property or area you are interested in, and your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our site and its hosting platform may record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, the pages you visit and the date and time of your visit, and may use cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you ask for, to send you information you have requested, to keep records required of a licensed brokerage, and to improve this website. We do not use it for anything unrelated to those purposes.

Calls and text messages

If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry and the services you have asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share information only:

• with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host and customer relationship software, under obligations to protect it;
• with other parties to a real estate transaction you ask us to handle, such as a cooperating broker or a closing agent, only as needed to complete it; and
• when required by law, regulation, legal process or a real estate licensing authority.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and provide our services, and for as long as Florida and Missouri real estate rules require brokerages to keep transaction records.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
